Built for flooring contractors

Quote the job before you leave the driveway.

Build a professional flooring proposal on your phone, send it while you are still on site, and get an answer the same day. Then find out which jobs actually made you money — and which ones never did.

No credit card. Every feature is free while we are in beta.

You are probably paying for two apps that each do half the job.

FieldProposalFree in beta

Both — plus the numbers

Proposals, photos, and the profit analytics neither one gives you.

That is $97 a month for two tools that do not talk to each other.

Three steps. That is the whole system.

1

Start from a real flooring template

Hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet — each one already loaded with the sections and line items that job actually needs. Demo, subfloor prep, materials, labor, finishing, add-ons.

2

Adjust it and send the link

Change quantities, swap materials, hide what does not apply. Your client opens it on their phone, ticks the optional extras they want, and approves it. No printing, no PDF attachments nobody opens.

3

Mark the job complete

That is the whole bookkeeping step. From there the app works out your margin, your revenue, and how many square feet a day your crew actually lays.

This is the actual app. Not a mock-up.

1

Build it

Priced line by line, in the words you actually use.

Sections named however you name them on site. Material and labour tagged on each line. Your cost sits right next to your price — visible to you, never to the client.

2

They approve it

What your client opens.

A clean, itemised proposal on their phone — no login, no PDF attachment to hunt for. They tick the optional extras they want and accept it right there.

3

You find out what it made

The part your quoting app never showed you.

Win rate and margin by job type, revenue by month, square feet per day. Which work is worth chasing, and which you have been underpricing.

Everything the job actually needs. Nothing it does not.

Proposals that look like a real company sent them

Your logo, your terms, your line items. Sections you can name whatever you name them on the job. Optional items your client can add themselves — which quietly raises your ticket without you selling anything.

Your costs stay yours

Enter your cost per unit next to your price. The client never sees it — it only exists so the app can tell you what you actually made on the job.

Job site photos, attached to the job

Before and after shots on the proposal itself. Mark each one client-visible or keep it internal. No separate photo app, no hunting through your camera roll six months later.

Questions in one place

Your client can ask about line 4 on the proposal itself instead of texting you at 8pm. You answer in the app and everyone can see what was agreed.

Built for a phone in a work glove

Big fields, big buttons, no squinting. Write the quote in the driveway while the walkthrough is still fresh, not at the kitchen table at nine at night.

Numbers your quoting app never gave you

Win rate by job type. Margin by job type. Square feet per day. Which kind of work is actually worth your time — and which you have been underpricing for years.

The part nobody else does

Most contractors find out a job lost money a year later, at the accountant's office.

Every proposal you send already holds your prices, your costs, your square footage and your dates. Once you mark the job complete, the app does the arithmetic you have never had time to sit down and do.

Tile paying less per day than carpet. A repeat client whose work you have been quietly subsidising for two years. The job type you keep chasing that has the worst win rate of anything you bid.

Win rate by job type

Which work you actually land

Margin by job type

What is left after materials and labor

Square feet per day

How fast your crew really moves

Revenue by month

Counted when the job finishes, not when it is agreed

Time to close

How long clients sit on a quote before deciding

Straight answer: these need about ten finished jobs before the averages mean anything. Until then the app says so plainly instead of showing you a confident-looking number built on two jobs.

And later on?

We do intend to charge eventually — somewhere in the range of $19 to $69 a month depending on how much of it you use, which is still well under the roughly $97 a month the two apps this replaces cost together. Nothing changes without plenty of warning, there is no auto-charge waiting at the end of beta, and anything you have already built stays yours. If a price ever turns up on your account without you agreeing to it, we have made a mistake.

Straight answers.

Do I need a computer?

No. It is built phone-first — most contractors write the whole proposal standing in the customer's living room. It works fine on a laptop too if that is what you prefer.

How long before it is useful?

The proposals are useful on day one. The analytics need roughly ten finished jobs before the averages mean anything, and the app tells you plainly when a number is not ready yet instead of showing you something that looks confident and is not.

I do more than flooring.

Flooring is what the templates cover properly today, and we would rather do one trade well than five badly. You can still build a proposal from scratch for any work you do — roofing, painting, HVAC and others are next.

Am I locked in?

No. Nothing to cancel, because nothing is being charged. There is no trial clock counting down, and no card on file to bill when beta ends.

Is this finished software?

It is in beta and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The proposal side is solid and in daily use. E-signature, deposits and invoicing are still being built. You will find rough edges — telling us about them is genuinely the most useful thing a beta user can do.

Your next quote could go out before you get back in the truck.

Set up takes a few minutes. Send your first proposal today and see whether it beats however you are doing it now.
